Simon Lill

Simon Lill holds a Masters of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science, both from the University of Western Australia (UWA). Mr Lill has over 35 years experience in mineral management, stockbroking, capital raising, business development and restructuring in the mineral resources sector. Mr Lill is a former Chairman of De Grey Mining. In his 12 years at De Grey, Mr Lill oversaw the discovery of one of Australia’s largest gold finds at Hemi (11.2Moz) in the Pilbara, witnessed unprecedented resource growth, realised exceptional shareholder value and navigated the company through the $5Bn takeover (at the initial takeover metrics when announced) by Northern Star.
Steve Morris

Mr. Morris has more than 25 years of experience in financial markets, with leadership roles including Head of Private Clients (Australia) at Patersons Securities, Managing Director of Intersuisse Ltd, and Founder of Peloton Shareholder Services.He has held senior executive positions with the Little Group and has previously served as a Non-Executive Director at De Grey Mining Ltd and Chairman of Purifloh Ltd. Currently, Mr. Morris serves as Non-Executive Chairman at Auric Mining Limited, which is an ASX listed, Western Australian gold producer.
Peter Marks

Peter brings over 30 years’ experience in corporate advisory, investment banking and director/advisory roles to the Board. He has been involved in a board capacity in publicly listed companies in resources, biotechnology and technology. Peter’s corporate skills lie in capital raising for pre-IPO and listed companies, cross border M&A transactions, corporate underwriting, and venture capital transactions for companies in Australia, the US and Israel.
Glenn Grayson

Glenn is a seasoned Exploration and Development Geologistwith more than 30 years ofexperience across the mining industry. His career includes senior roles with majors such as Barrick Goldand prominent Australian miners including Northern Star Resources (ASX: NST), as well as mid-tier operators including TSX-listed Northgate Minerals, subject of a $1.5bn takeoverin 2011. He previously served as Managing Director of explorer Aruma Resources(ASX: AAJ).
