Strategic Pivot to Gold
Following a comprehensive site review, Evergold’s geology team identified north-trending gold corridors with striking similarities to major Pine Creek deposits. Incidental 2024 drilling—originally for lithium—returned broad anomalous gold intercepts, prompting an immediate refocus on gold.
The Bynoe Project, 100% owned by Evergold Minerals (ASX: EG1), spans 231 km² in the Northern Territory’s prolific Pine Creek Orogen—50 km south of Darwin.
Originally targeted for lithium, a 2024 geological reinterpretation and compelling gold assay results have triggered a strategic pivot to orogenic gold exploration. North-trending structural corridors, analogous to those hosting multi-million-ounce deposits like Tom’s Gully (~3 Moz Au) and Mt Todd (~9.5 Moz Au), traverse the tenement and control broad zones of gold mineralisation.
Supported by historical workings, anomalous drilling, and an aggressive 2026 exploration program, Bynoe is emerging as a high-upside gold opportunity in a proven Tier-1 jurisdiction.
